"Either the quality of education in both schools is poor, or the schools want a 100% result in Class 10. I will look into the matter and give justice to the students," said Darda, who called a meeting to discuss the issue.

A group of parents have filed a complaint against Antonio De Souza High School in Byculla, alleging that school authorities "intentionally" failed more than 150 students in Class 9. Sacred Heart High School in Worli has allegedly failed 81 Class 9 students from a batch of 231.
