Ratna, who had misheard ‘Naseeruddin Shah’ as ‘Shivendra Sinha’ when they were introduced, fondly recalls their first rehearsal together and says, “He was the only one who knew what he was doing as an actor as opposed to the rest of us who were just blundering along.” (Prabhat Shetty )

I had worked with Heebs before, and knew she is a talented actor. Viv has always been a gifted and uninhibited actor, Imaad is a bit shy, but I realised that he is also deeply interested in acting. Naseer is known for his eye to details But when he gets up and runs his fingers through Vivaan’s hair to ensure not a single strand is out of place or insists that Imaad finds and wears the pair of shoes appropriate for his outfit, he is every bit a doting dad as he is a perfectionist.
