The Mountain View-based tech giant is poised to present its annual hardware launch event, “Made by Google”, on 12 August, when it will unveil the long-awaited Pixel 11 series. But the keynote will offer more than just a first look at Google’s next-generation Pixel smartphones. Ready for Pixel 11? Here is when and where to catch the livestream
On 12 August 2026, Google will host its annual “Made by Google” event in New York City, where it will unveil the long-awaited Pixel 11 series. The event is scheduled to go live at 3 PM PT. However, Indians may need to postpone their bedtime, as the keynote livestream will air at 3:30 AM IST on 13 August 2026. They can watch it on the Google Store, YouTube and Google’s social media channels.
That said, staying up late could be worth it, as the keynote could offer a glimpse of the gadgets Google has in store beyond the Pixel 11 lineup. So, let’s check it out.
The Pixel 11 lineup may not be Google’s only big reveal
Before exploring what gadgets Google might reveal at the “Made by Google” keynote, let’s take a brief recap of the star of the show: the Pixel 11 Lineup. The brand is poised to introduce four variants in its smartphone range: the standard Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro, the Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
All the Pixel 11 models are expected to be powered by the latest Tensor G6 SoC, likely based on TSMC’s 2nm node and potentially featuring a new MediaTek M90 modem to address network connectivity issues. But every leak suggests that the HiLight LED, formerly known as Pixel Glow, is the most significant upgrade Google will introduce to its Pixel lineup.
It could mark the return of a highly sought-after notification LED feature, lost to time, with a bit of Google’s twist. Reports suggest it will be placed on the camera module and will signal notifications, charging, and interactions with Gemini.
The Pixel Watch 5 is expected to be the next gadget announced at the “Made by Google” keynote. It could continue to offer two size variants, as in its previous generation. The newer Pixel Watch will likely feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 chipset and an Actua 360 LTPO AMOLED display. It is also expected to be equipped with a 465mAh battery.
The brand could also introduce a newer shade of its Pixel Buds Pro 2 in the keynote. Evan Blass, a renowned tipster, speculates that the earbuds could come in Olive Green.
Google might end its launch event with the Pixel Tag, its first venture into the Bluetooth tracker segment. Similar to the Apple AirTag, the Pixel Tag is expected to include a built-in speaker that helps locate misplaced items via audible alerts. People could invoke its feature through Google’s Find Hub app.
