Leopard dies in train collision in Yeoor forest

The findings have suggested mechanical trauma from the collision, which dislocated both the hind legs and the left foreleg, resulting in severe blood loss and subsequent hypovolemic shock. The animal -- officially recognised as leopard C-45 -- was estimated to be around three to four years old, and was last seen on a camera trap near Vihar Chowky, on January 20, 2022

70-year-old farmer slashes wrist at ‘Samadhan Diwas’ in Modinagar, dies

A 70-year-old farmer allegedly slashed his wrist at a government grievance-redressal meet in Ghaziabad?s Modinagar and died before reaching the hospital. The farmer had been alleging that officials were not attending to his complaint for measurement of his land at Didoli village. The district administration officials have been asked to submit a report to the district magistrate on an immediate basis. Several videos of the incident featuring the injured man also went viral on social media.
