DU third cutoff list 2020 Live Updates: Delhi University has released the third cut-off list (based on merit) for admissions to various undergraduate courses. Around 82% seats have already been filled across DU colleges in the first two cut-off lists. While 35,500 seats were filled under first cut off list, 22,147 seats have been filled under second cut off list for which the fee submission process concluded on Friday. JEE Advanced Result 2020 LIVE Updates: The wait is over! IIT-Delhi has declared the JEE Advanced Result 2020. Candidates who have taken the JEE Advanced 2020 Examination can check their results online on the official website at jeeadv.ac.in. BSE Odisha 10th Result 2020 Highlights: Odisha Board declared the results of BSE class 10th board examination anytime . A total of 5.6 lakh students who had appeared in the Odisha class 10th exam will get their results. The Board of Secondary Education Odisha will announce the class 10 results on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. The video conferencing was scheduled to begin at 9 am which has been delayed now. Odisha Board had concluded the class 10 examinations on March 2. Last year, the class 10 results were announced on May 21. This year, the result has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Though the examination was not affected by the Covid lockdown, the evaluation had to be postponed. UK Board 10th, 12th result 2020 Highlights: Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE) has declared the class 10 and Class 12 board examinations today. The Class 12th pass percentage is 80.26% while Class 10 pass percent is 76.91%. Out of the total 147155 students who took the class 10th exam, 113191 have passed. A total 119164 students had taken the Uttarakhand Board 12th exam out of which 95645 have passed. Students who have appeared for the Uttarakhand Board class 10 and Class 12 examination can check their results on HT Portal from 11.30 am onwards. An SMS alert about declaration of the result will also be sent to pre-registered students by Hindustan Times as soon as it is released. Secretary of Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education Neeta Tiwari recently said that the results for both class 10 and class 12 will be declared together in Ramnagar at the headquarters of Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education. State education minister Arvind Pandey and chairman of the UK board RK Kunwar will also be present during the declaration. Uttarakhand government has said that this year students who could not appear in state board examinations due to being stuck in containment zones or home quarantine will be marked based on average marks. Students will also have option to appear in examination for the subject they missed, within one month of the result being declared. Mumbai FYJC: The First general merit list for first-year junior college (FYJC) admissions in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) will be released after 5.30 pm on Friday, July 12. This year 98 colleges in MMR will have 5% additional seats for science and 8% for arts and commerce after the state board recorded a dip in the results. The number of applicants with a score of 90% and above dipped from 16,462 in 2018 to 16,188 this year.“Students can log in to the admission website to find the colleges allotted to them. Those who wish to take admission in the college allotted to them can click on the ‘proceed to admission’ button. Students who have been allotted the college of their first preference will have to take admission there and will be out of the regular rounds after this,” said an official.Around 2.11 lakh students submitted online applications for seats this year as opposed to 2.31 lakh students in 2018. Of these, 1.85 lakh students will be eligible for admissions in the general admission rounds that start today. There are 3.19 lakh seats across 849 junior colleges in the MMR.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will on Friday, June 14 declare the JEE (Advanced) 2019 result. According to the statistics released by the board, 5,69,696 candidates had registered for CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 examinations from Delhi. This year maximum female candidates (2,72,271) appeared from Delhi and the maximum male candidates (3,38,613) appeared from Uttar Pradesh (UP).
