Social media is regularly filled with bizarre food fusions that leaves people stunned and usually not in a very pleasant way. The latest such food combo is Gulab Jamun Parantha. A video shared on Instagram by a food blogger shows a man making the Gulab Jamun Parantha and topping it up with some chashni or sweet syrup. The video, which was uploaded on February 13, has received more than seven lakh views so far.
In the video, a man is seen kneading a dough after putting two Gulab Jamuns in it. Then he proceeds to make the parantha on the tawa after putting generous amounts of ghee on it. In the end, he serves the paranthas after putting some chashni or sweet syrup on it. The video was uploaded by the food blogger named Sonia Negi.
Surprisingly she liked the taste of the parantha as she has written in the caption, “Actually I am shocked but this turned out to be really good.”

Netizens were quite divided over whether it would taste good as some wanted to try it themselves while others were not impressed.
