With BHU students protesting against the appointment of a Muslim teacher in the Sanskrit department of the University, Ashab Ali's story is not just refreshing but a proof that education has no religion. Ashab Ali was a former Muslim professor of Vedas in Gorakhpur's Deen Dayal Upadhyaya University.
