A fuel price hike is as yet hypothetical: Congress

Defending itself on the reports suggesting that the UPA-II government is holding talks over an impending fuel price hike after the current session of Parliament, Congress leader Rashid Alvi has said that the question of a price hike is as yet hypothetical.
