Grant to UP not to be related with prez polls: Jagdambika

Congress leader Jagdambika Pal has stated that the grant provided to the state of Uttar Pradesh by the Centre should not be connected to the upcoming Presidential polls. He also clarified that there was no rift between Congress and its UPA ally Trinamool Congress.
