Jayanthi Natarajan urges PM to boycott CHOGM

Union environment minister, Jayanthi Natarajan urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to boycott Commonwealth Heads Meeting in Colombo, as a mark of protest against the war crimes committed by Sri Lankan regime on Tamils.
