Sheikh Hasina talks About returning to Bangladesh, exile, politics in 1st address since 2024 exit

Former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has announced that she will return to Bangladesh in December, nearly two years after leaving Dhaka following anti‑government protests. In her first public address since then, Hasina said she is prepared to face arrest or even death but insists “fear cannot decide my duty to the people”.
