While Yash Pal Singal, on promotion as DGP, became DG, prisons, against a vacancy, Mohinder Lal, on promotion as DGP was posted as director, vigilance and security, HVPNL, Panchkula. Laik Ram Dabas, ADGP, reforms, went as ADGP, home guards, an official release said.
