Nigerian hurdler Samuel Okon tested positive for a banned stimulant, barely 24 hours after compatriot Osayemi Oludamola, the women's 100 metre gold winner, flunked the dope test, making it the first such case at the Delhi Commonwealth Games.

"We found a second anti-doping code violation. Nigeria's Samuel Okon, a 110m hurdler tested positive for Methylhexaneamine," Commonwealth Games Federation president Mike Fennell told reporters Tuesday.

Osayemi, who was awarded the gold after Australian Sally Pearson was disqualified for false start, also tested positive for Methylhexaneamine. Late on Tuesday night, her B sample too tested positive.
