The day is here! Results of over 8 lakh candidates who had appeared for Karnataka SSLC exams have been released today. The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) declared the Karnataka SSLC result today . A total of 73.7% students passed the exam.

Candidates can check their results at the official website of Karnataka Board. Here is the direct link to check the Karnataka SSLC result 2019 .

However, due to heavy traffic the website may not respond for few hours after the result is declared. In that case, candidates can check their results on some other alternate websites.

Karnataka SSLC Result 2019

KSEEEB has declared the Karnataka SSLC Results 2019 very early as compared to the previous years. This year, KSEEB has released the result within 26 days after concluding the exam on April 4.

In 2018, the Karnataka SSLC results were declared on May 7 and the pass percentage was 71.93%. In 2017, 7.64 lakh students appeared for the Karnataka SSLC exam and 73.26% managed to pass. This was down from 79.16% in 2016, and way lower than the 81.82% recorded in 2015.

The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) on April 15, 2019 declared the results of this year’s pre-University (PUC) 2nd exams.

A total of 6.71 lakh students appeared in the PUC 2nd year exam this year, out of which 4.14 lakh passed. The pass percentage was 61.73%.

The pass percentage in arts was 50.53% in commerce it was 66.39% and in science the pass percentage was 66.58%. The pass percentage for boys was 55.29% and for girls it was 68.24%.

The pass percentage in urban area was 61.38% and in rural area it was 62.88%. The pass percentage for SC community candidates was 51.97% for ST it was 53.34% and for General category candidates it was 68.01.

KSEEB conducts the supplementary examination for the failed candidates. The exam is conducted to help successful students of the supplementary exam join higher education courses in the same academic year.
