Kultali (S.C) is the assembly constituency which comes under the South Twenty Four Parganas district. It is one of the 294 West Bengal Legislative Assembly Constituencies . West Bengal Assembly Election 2021 for Kultali (S.C) was held on April 6 and the result was declared on May 2.

Communist Party Of India (Marxist)'s Ram Sankar Halder won the election by upstaging All India Trinamool Congress's Gopal Majhi by a margin of 11,720 votes.

93.8% of the total votes were casted to top three candidates. Communist Party Of India (Marxist)'s Ram Sankar Halder grabbed a total of 73,932 votes, while All India Trinamool Congress's Gopal Majhi got 62,212 votes. Socialist Unity Centre Of India (COMMUNIST)'s candidate Jaykrishna Haldar bagged 48,058 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties registered 37.7%, 31.7% and 24.5% respectively.

In West Bengal Assembly election 2011, Communist Party Of India (MARXIST)'s Ramsankar Halder defeated Socialist Unity Centre Of India (COMMUNIST)'s Joy Krishna Halder by 4,813 votes.
