A two day long art festival at Art Junction, The Lalit, opened with an exhibition showcasing artworks by 61 artists. The show, that got together people from the art world, was inaugurated by hotelier Jyotsana Suri.

This was followed by Ghazal singer Vatsala Mehra setting the mood for the evening with performances like Duma Dum Mast Kalandar and Aaie Meharba. Taking the musical evening ahead was a performance by Indian Classical musicians and brothers, Sanjeev and Ashwani Shankar. Others who joined in included art curator Naresh Kapuria, dancer Sharon Lowen and Belgian ambassador Jean M Deboutte.
