Rana Daggubati's wife Miheeka shares unseen holiday pics in anniversary post: 'Home is where you are'

Rana Daggubati married Miheeka Bajaj on August 8, 2020. On their third wedding anniversary, Miheeka took to Instagram to share a romantic post for the actor.

In May 2020, Telugu actor Rana Daggubati surprised fans with the announcement of his engagement to interior designer Miheeka Bajaj. Months later, the two tied the knot in Hyderabad on August 8 in 2020. On Tuesday, Miheeka shared a sweet Instagram post to wish Rana on their third anniversary. She posted a couple of pictures of the two from their vacations.

Miheeka Bajaj, who is the founder of interior design label and event management company Dew Drop Design Studio, wrote in her caption, "Home is where you are (heart emoji)." She added the hashtags 'love' and 'to infinity and beyond'.

In one of the undated pictures taken during a holiday abroad, Rana and Miheeka posed with a crowd in the background. Another one had them posing with a night sky as the backdrop.

A few days after they married, Miheeka has shared their wedding album on Instagram and written in her caption, "My love, my life, my heart, my soul! Thank you for being everything I’ve ever dreamt of and so much more!! You make me a better person in life. I love you! (heart emoji) @ranadaggubati." The bride and groom were decked up in cream ethnic outfits for their 2020 wedding ceremony.

In a 2021 interview with Filmfare, Rana Daggubati had said that his Covid-19 pandemic wedding with Miheeka Bajaj was 'extremely personal and nice'. The actor had said, "I felt it was the best time to get married. Obviously, there were a lot of people, whom I couldn’t invite, but the whole thing felt extremely personal and nice. I wouldn’t have wanted it in any other way.”

Rana had added that his parents - film producer Daggubati Suresh Babu and Lakshmi Daggubati – were not bothered by the pandemic wedding. “They were extremely happy. The fact that I was getting married alone was enough motivation for them,” he said.

"I have known Miheeka for a long time. She is Ashrita's [Rana Daggubati’s cousin] classmate and her good friend. I knew her in that manner. Her house is also near to our house. When it comes to marriage, everyone thinks in a various manner and then take a decision after a lot of thinking. But when a person enters one's heart, all those calculations go away. I feel the same after I started loving Miheeka,” Rana Daggubati had revealed during an Instagram live session with actor Lakshmi Manchu in 2020.

Last month, Rana was at San Diego Comic-Con in the US for the first glimpse event and launch of Prabhas and Deepika Padukone-starrer Kalki 2898 AD. He was recently seen in the Netflix series Rana Naidu.
