If you’re finding it hard to come up with the perfect V-day present, then here’s a thought — a motorcycle journey might just hit the spot. Team 456, a Delhi-based motor biking club, is organising a Valentine’s Day Ride this Sunday. Starting from Pragati Maidan in Delhi to Neemrana fort in Rajasthan, the ride is not just for bike enthusiasts and their partners but also for those who just want to add an edge to romance.
Founded by four biking enthusiasts in 2004, this club has participated in over 10 rides a year to various parts of the country including Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
But this is the first time they are organising one for an occasion.
Vinod Kumar, one of the founders of the club, says that this ride is all about enjoying adventure tourism with the person you love. “Apart from sight-seeing, we’re going to be zipping — a sport where you go from one hilltop to
another with the help of a rope wire and an elevator,” says the 30-year-old who works with Asian Paints. “We’re looking forward to riding on the Jaipur highway.
The roads are wide, no traffic on Sunday morning and you’ll be spending the whole day with your partner.”
