As an effort to provide quick beauty makeover for girls at the Delhi University Fest this year, Modicare, flagged off a mobile van service. Conducted for college girls at DU campus, the beauty makeover opportunity is a 10-day activity across colleges in North and South Campus, starting Feb 10.
College students can visit the mobile vans and can get the beauty makeover done by consultants. Expect loads of games and
