The traffic police will put diversions at the intersection between 7am and 9 am. “The Crossing may witness snarls as it will be the first day of the trial run.

Trained marshals along with the traffic police personnel will be deployed to ensure smooth vehicular movement,” said a traffic police official.

According to the new plans, motorists coming from Jharsa or Sector 17 and heading towards Iffco Chowk or Delhi will have to take a compulsory left turn and then a U-turn in front of the Management Development Institute gate.

However, the traffic form Maharana Pratap Chowk to Huda Gymkhana Club will not be affected. The new arrangement was to be put in place from last week but the experiment was delayed to make people aware about the new changes.
