Dry hands and cracked feet are a cause of worry during winter season. We tell you how to take good care of them during cold.1 Pamper Yourself: A pre-bath warm oil massage, preferably almond oil, is a must in winter. It tones the muscles and aids blood circulation. 2 Cover Up: When it’s cold, you always cover your arms, legs and neck before going out, and the same rule should apply to your hands. 3 Feet it: The skin on your feet tends to dry and crack more in winter. Use a feet file to exfoliate the rough areas of your feet after the shower.4 Moisturising is key: Apply a nourishing hand/foot cream at least twice a day. Use a special night cream for when you go to sleep.5 Avoid Booze: We’re simply suggesting you to avoid using products (lotion, creams etc) on your hands that contain alcohol. It can dry out the skin.
