Minor fire in Parliament

The fire was detected in an air conditioner in one of the Rajya Sabha rooms at around 6:45 pm.

A minor fire broke out in one of the rooms in the Parliament building on Friday evening, fire brigade sources said.

However, it was immediately brought under control without causing any damage.
