Amyra Dastur's gym diaries are a marvel to watch. The actor, who is a fitness enthusiast, keeps sharing snippets from her gym on her Instagram profile with the intention of motivating her fans. The actor swears by high intensity workouts and yoga and her Instagram profile is replete with the same. Amyra loves to share pages from her workout diaries on a daily basis for her fans. The actor, on Saturday, shared a set of videos fresh off the gym on her Instagram stories and it is making us want to grab our gym shoes and run to the gym.

Amyra kickstarted Saturday with intense workouts. From working on her shoulder muscles to strengthening her core muscles, Amyra set the fitness bar higher for us to conquer. In one of the videos shared by Amyra, the actor can be seen working out on her shoulder and arm muscles with the help of a gym equipment. Dressed in a black T-shirt and a pair of khaki gym trousers, the actor can be seen engrossed in her workout routine.
