Mini Mathur believes that balance is one of the most important elements in life that helps us in going on and being present for all the roles in life that we are entitled to. The actor loves to seek for the balance through her workout routines. Mini is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and she often shares snippets off her gym routine on her Instagram profile. Mini swears by yoga and high intensity workout routines and keeps sharing fitness motivation for her fans through her Instagram posts. Mini's Instagram profile is otherwise a plethora of snippets of her personal life and her travel diaries.

Mini, a day back, demonstrated a workout routine that involves balance and wrote about how she refers to her workout routine to strive for balance in her own life as well. Mini shared a picture of herself from the gym where she can be seen acing a workout routine. Dressed in a white T-shirt and a pair of mint green pair of gym trousers, Mini can be seen balancing her legs and arms upwards and staying in the position while working out on her core muscles.

With the picture, Mini wrote about how she strives for balance amidst stability and flight - "Balance. That’s what I’m striving for. Balance training helps in controlling the core and the limbs with more coordination. It also helps in creative body awareness and developing the range of motion of the body. Balance training also helps in coordination of the muscles as it involves working out of the entire body.
