Shruti Seth's fitness mantra is short, simple and focused – she believes that when we need to perform yoga, we make space for it. The actor swears by yoga and meditation and is often spotted sharing fitness tips and snippets from her yoga routine on her Instagram profile. Shruti took a break for a month from yoga owing to a hand injury. However, after the break, she was happy to be back to her routine with fresh enthusiasm. The actor shared her happiness of being back to what she loves on her Instagram profile with a video of herself performing a handstand in her living room.

A day back, Shruti took to her Instagram profile to share a fresh snippet of herself performing two variations of yoga asanas with home equipment, right in the room. In the beginning of the video, Shruti can be seen balancing her body against the wall and stretching her arms and her spine. In the second part of the video, the actor can be seen using a chair as a prop to balance her body and stretch one of her legs backwards. With the video, Shruti shared her fitness mantra - "Find props: do yoga," and added these hashtags - #yogaintightspaces, #anotheryogapost, #shootlife, #fitness, #yogini, #iyengaryoga and #shruphotodiary.

Yoga, besides the benefits, also comes with the risk of injuries when not performing under able guidance. Shruti also shared the disclaimer and urged her fans to start taking up yoga, but only under the supervision of an expert of a fitness trainer. Take a look at her yoga routine here:
