The case has been registered on the complaint of Shammi Kapoor of Kapoor Cottons,Industrial area-A.
In his statement, Kapoor alle ged that Sunil Mohan, Nandini Shah and Sushil Kumar of Aarti Mohan Sanjariya International, Defense Colony, New Delhi had bought clothes worth ` 94.71 lakh from him.

Sub-inspector Jagroop Singh, who is investigating the case, said the case was registered following an inquiry conducted by ACP (central). The police have launched a manhunt for the arrest of the accused. The case was registered under sections 420 and 406 of the IPC.
