TMC leader Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay to fight for Khardaha bypoll on October 30

Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay had won from Bhabanipur seat when the West Bengal Assembly polls were announced on May 2, but decided to vacate it later for TMC chief Mamata Banerjee to contest.

Will Mamata retain her CM chair? Counting of votes to Bhabanipur by-poll today

Mamata Banerjee has to be elected to the West Bengal assembly by winning the Bhabanipur by-poll before November 5 to retain the chair of the chief minister.

At 53.32%, Bhabanipur bypoll sees low voter turnout
