India asks Britain for increased monitoring of Sikh separatists
India has raised concerns with the UK about pro-Khalistani elements misusing their asylum status to abet terror activities. The issue was raised at the 5th India-UK Home Affairs Dialogue, where both sides reviewed ongoing cooperation and identified further steps that can be taken to advance counterterrorism cooperation. Cybersecurity, drug-trafficking and migration issues were also discussed.
