Mayawati stalls Parliament over Ambedkar memorial issue

At a time when the entire political circle is busy in fighting it out over the issue of implementation of FDI in multi brand retail, BSP chief Mayawati stalled the proceedings of Parliament. She did so mainly over the demand of construction of a memorial for Bhim Rao Ambedkar in Mumbai.
