Taliban laud Modi govt's 200 cr assistance to Afghanistan; Seek close ties with India - report

Taliban regime in Afghanistan has welcomed India's Rs. 200 crore assistance to Afghanistan. This a day after Modi government allocated Rs. 200 crore for the development of Afghanistan, despite Taliban being in power in the war-torn country.
