Putin plans new Ukraine strategy with Russian commanders | Emergency in Kyiv

Ukraine has now lifted the energy emergency imposed after 74 Russian missiles pounded Kyiv and other cities of the war-torn country on Friday. This was the biggest attack on Ukraine unleashed by Vladimir Putin's forces since the invasion in February this year. Meanwhile, the Russian President met with commanders of the Russian military and sought their advice on how to take forward the military operation in Ukraine.
