BMW case: Utsav Bhasin surrenders

Utsav Bhasin, the prime accused wanted in the Moolchand BMW hit and run case surrendered at the Pushp Vihar Special Staff office on Saturday afternoon.

Utsav Bhasin, the prime accused wanted in the Moolchand BMW hit and run case surrendered at the Pushp Vihar Special Staff office on Saturday afternoon. The 19-year-old, who was driving a BMW had hit two motorcyclists opposite the Moolchand Hospital on September 12 this year. One of them — Anuj died a day later while the other Mrigank Srivastava was recuperating at AIIMS.

Utsav was booked under section 304 IPC (culpable homicide not amounting to murder). Earlier the Delhi HChad rejected his anticipatory bail application.
