The Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) efforts to auction small residential plots scattered across the Capital have evoked mixed response.

Of the 11 plots put up for sale on Day One, the authority received bids for only four. Senior DDA officials admitted that they were disappointed with the response to the auction and hoped there would be more bidders on the remaining two days.

The DDA has been advertising to auction 38 residential and commercial plots of smaller sizes in different parts of the Capital for the past few days.
