Former Cong MLA booked
Former Congress MLA of Tughlaqabad constituency, Choudhary Sheeshpal has been booked for allegedly misusing the national emblem and impersonating an MLA even after losing the last assembly polls.

Former Congress MLA of Tughlaqabad constituency, Choudhary Sheeshpal has been booked for allegedly misusing the national emblem and impersonating an MLA even after losing the last assembly polls.
A case under appropriate sections of the Indian Penal Code and Emblems and Names Act was filed against Sheeshpal with this regard with Pul Prahladpur police station on Wednesday, according to police.
Police said a case was filed after a resident of Pul Prahladpur, lodged a complaint against him.
