The Hindi film industry will organise an event on August 15 to raise funds for the rebuilding and rehabilitation projects in flood-ravaged Uttarakhand.

“We are organising an event on Independence Day to help people affected by the tragedy,” said filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt, who’s also the President of Film and Television Producers Guild of India.
