All about Juhu’s real estate market
According to Square Yards, Juhu is one of Mumbai’s most prestigious residential neighbourhoods, known for its luxury homes, celebrity residences and premium lifestyle offerings. The coastal neighbourhood also offers strong connectivity to key business and commercial districts, along with established social infrastructure, retail, hospitality and entertainment options. Limited availability of premium land and sustained demand for high-end housing have kept property values elevated in the micro-market.
