Deepika Padukone poses for pics at airport, asks paparazzi about Pathaan: 'Trailer dekha ki nahi?'
Deepika Padukone was spotted at Mumbai airport on Wednesday, where she interacted with paparazzi. She asked the photographers if they had seen the trailer of Pathaan, her upcoming movie with Shah Rukh Khan. Pathaan trailer was released on Tuesday.
Actor Deepika Padukone was spotted as she arrived at Mumbai airport. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, a paparazzo account posted video of Deepika at the airport before she jetted off to an undisclosed location. She was seen in comfortable clothes for the travel, and asked photographers if they had watched the trailer of her upcoming movie, Pathaan, which was released on Tuesday. Deepika was seen in a long woolen grey dress; she wore dark sunglasses and carried a brown bag. After stepping out of her car as she walked towards the airport gate, Deepika had big smile on her face and posed for the photographers and greeted them. As the paparazzi asked the actor to slow down her speed, Deepika said, “Iss slow kaise chal sakti hoon (how can I walk slower than this?)”
Moments later, she asked paparazzi, “Trailer dekha ki nahi?" One of the photographers could be heard telling Deepika, “Bohot maza aaya (we really like the trailer).” Another one could be heard saying, “Maine toh naya TV liya uss pe dekha (I bought a new TV, have seen the trailer on that).” Another photographer said, “Bade TV pe dekha (I have seen on a big screen).” She then asked him “Bade TV pe dekha (Oh you have watched on big TV)?” Reacting to clip, one person commented, “Hindustan dikhega Pathaan (the entire nation will see Pathaan).” Another person wrote, “Outstanding (cracker emoji).”
The official trailer of Pathaan was released by Yash Raj Films on Tuesday. The movie stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham in prominent roles. The over two-minute-long trailer begins with John Abraham-led terrorist outfit announcing an attack on India. Shah Rukh Khan can be seen as a soldier who has a mission to take down John. Deepika Padukone, also a soldier, joins hands with Shah Rukh in his mission.
Pathaan is set to be released in theatres on January 25 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The movie is helmed by Siddharth Anand. Apart fro this, Deepika has Project K alongside Prabhas and Fighter with actors Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor as her upcoming projects.
