Abdul Baqi, 33, was arrested by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police when he arrived here from Kolkata on Thursday evening by Poorvanchal Express, Joint Commissioner (Special Cell) Karnal Singh said.

Baqi allegedly had smuggled in terrorists who attacked the makeshift Ram temple in Ayodhya in July.

Singh said police were not ruling out his involvement in the October 29 blasts and were questioning him in this regard as well.
