Spears is Spin's Worst Dressed Artist

The pop star has been voted the 'Worst Dressed Artist' by US' Spin magazine.

Since pop star Britney Spears hasn't shown her musical talents for nearly a year and a half now, she could only manage to find a place in Spin magazine's annual Readers Poll, as a 'Worst Dressed Artist'.

In the Worst Band and Worst New Artist category Fall Out Boy were declared the winners, while Ashlee Simpson took Worst Solo Artist and Worst Live Act in the newly-released poll.

Rockers My Chemical Romance were crowned 'The Musical Kings of 2005', after bagging the honours of 'Band of The Year', 'Best Song (Helena)', 'Best Live Act' and 'Best Breakout Band ", reports Contactmusic.

The group's frontman Gerard Way was voted Sex God of 2005 in the newly-released poll.

Singer Gwen Stefani claimed three awards, including the Best Solo Artist, Sex Goddess and Best Dressed.

Other winners included Arcade for Fire Best New Artist , Interpol for Most Under-rated Artist and Nine Inch Nails for Best Comeback.
