HC quashes order on Chandni Chowk panel

A bench of chief justice DK Upadhyay and justice Tushar Rao Gedela expressed strong displeasure, rebuking the government for forming the committee without court approval

Following submissions, the court directed immediate withdrawal of the March 26 order, stating, “Accordingly, the order be withdrawn at the earliest.” The matter will be heard next on July 9. (HT archives)

‘Brake failure’ causes PMPML bus to crash into multiple vehicles at Chandni Chowk; 3 injured
