The CNN, citing sources, said a video from a departmental store near the site of the second explosion showed the man bending down to place the package containing the bomb. The suspect was described as a “dark-skinned male”. It wasn’t clear if he was operating alone. There was no word on his nationality.

Earlier, a letter addressed to US President Barack Obama was found to be carrying a granular substance that tested positive for poisonous Ricin. The letter was intercepted at a testing facility.
