The Maharashtra SSC result 2022 10th class will include the marks secured by the students in subjects along with their qualifying status in the examinations in the marksheet. 

This year the SSC examination in the state was conducted from March 15 to April 4, 2022. The examination was conducted in two shifts- first shift was conducted from 10.30 am to 12.45 pm and second shift was conducted from 3 pm to 5.15 pm. Around 20 lakh candidates have appeared for the examination this year for Class 10.

The passing marks of Class 10 or SSC exams is 35 percent marks. All the students who have appeared for the examination will have to score 35% and above to pass the SSC board examination. Candidates who fail to secure the minumum marks will have to appear for the supplementary examination. 

In Mumbai division alone, a total of 3,738,40 students had registered for the examination. All these candidates can check results on mahresults.nic.in at 1 pm today. 

Today, the announcement of toppers and merit list is expected along with declaration of Maharashtra SSC result 2022. The result will be announced at 1 pm today.

Soon after declaration of SSC results, the first year junior college or FYJC admissions will begin. While FYJC aspirants across boards have already started registering for admissions, SSC students will now be allowed to fill part of the two-part admission forms, where they can fill their college preferences.

"Results will be announced online and hardcopy of marksheets will be distributed by individual schools at a later date. Teachers have completed the assessment process in very good time this year, despite travel restrictions in some parts of the state," said an official from the state board office in Pune.

Total of 16,38,964 candidates had registered for the exam which included 8,89,506 boys and 7,49,458 girls. In Mumbai division alone, a total of 3,738,40 students had registered for the examination.
