Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah celebrates one year with boyfriend Shane: ‘I love you forever’

As Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah Kashyap celebrates one year of being in a relationship with her boyfriend Shane Gregoire, she shared a cute video of their moments together.

Aaliyah Kashyap, the daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, is celebrating a year of togetherness with her boyfriend Shane Gregoire. She dedicated an Instagram post to him, calling him her ‘best friend’ and thanking him for showing her ‘a love like no other’.

Sharing a video montage of her special moments with Shane Gregoire, Aaliyah Kashyap wrote, “The best 365 days with my best friend that I wouldn’t change for the world. Thank you for loving me unconditionally & showing me a love like no other. I love you forever #1year.”

Fans showered love on the couple. “Omggg congratulations!! you guys are adorable!!!,” one wrote. “Happy 1st anniversary to you both. Loads of love!! Always stay together,” another said. “THE CUTEST COUPLE I’VE EVER COME ACROSS, NO CAP!!! HAPPY ONE YEAR YOU GUYS!!! #shaaliyah,” a third commented. Many also dropped heart and heart-eyes emojis on the post.

Earlier, in a video posted on her YouTube channel, Aaliyah revealed that she met Shane on a dating app and was the first to swipe right. When they met in person, after two months of talking, she kissed him first.

“I made the first move. We met after two months of talking and I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ I was waiting for him to kiss me but I was like, he is not doing it. Because I think he didn’t know if I was comfortable with it or whatever, so I just went in for it. It was so awkward because we were talking and mid-sentence I did it, because I was thinking about it so much and I was so nervous,” she told filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s daughter Ida Ali.

Currently, Aaliyah and Shane are in her hometown, Mumbai, on a holiday. The two are staying at Anurag Kashyap’s house.
