Gaur met global leaders from the information technology industry on the occasion and presented the opportunities available in Madhya Pradesh.
He had a one-to-one meeting with Tata Consultancy Services chief executive officer Ramadorai, who is also the present chairman of Nasscom.
In interaction with Wipro chief Azim Premji, Gaur invited Wipro to start a software development centre in Madhya Pradesh. Premji promised to send a team to explore the possibilities in this regard.

The delegation from MP to this summit comprises Principal Secretary Department of Industry O P Rawat, MPSIDC Managing Director Raghav Chandra and MPAKVN Managing Director Ashish Shrivastava. MPAKVN has also sponsored the ‘Networking Lunch’ in the summit to be held tomorrow along with setting up an attractive stall at the venue prominently displaying a model of the Crystal IT Park and a promotional film to brand Indore as an IT hub.
Further meetings with BPO and IT industry majors, as also with other industry bigwigs who intend to invest in the Special Economic Zone of Indore and other areas of Madhya Pradesh, are also being held.
