The three include Keshav, a jeweller, and his two employees Rishi and Tinku.

Singh had developed differences with his wife, living in Tagore Garden in Delhi.

He then shifted to his cousin Balvinder Singh's house in Palam Vihar.

Around 6:30 am on Thursday, a neighbour saw Singh's body hanging on the terrace of the house. The police were immediately informed.

"The deceased had borrowed Rs. 1.5 lakh from Keshav and had returned Rs. 1.2 lakh. But Keshav and his two employees were harassing him to return the remaining amount of Rs. 30,000," said inspector Kuldeep Singh, SHO, Palam Vihar.
