A fire engulfed an administrative building in Mumbai's Naval Dockyard. The fire brigade said its personnel officers were working towards controlling the blaze.

A major fire Thursday engulfed an administrative building in Mumbai's Naval Dockyard. The fire brigade said its personnel officers were working towards controlling the blaze.

"We have rushed around 13 tankers and fire engines to the spot and our officers are trying to control it," a fire official said.

Said to be a heritage building, the structure is located near the Lion Gate in Colaba in south Mumbai.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
