CM Mann lays stones of development projects worth 869 crore in Sangrur

Addressing a gathering during the Vikas Kranti rally here on Saturday, CM Mann said that 80-bed Mother Child Hospital (MCH) at Dhuri; 30-bed Community Health Centre (CHC) at Kauhrian; and 30-bed Rural hospital at Cheema village are in the pipeline. He added that these health facilities would be equipped with ultra-modern equipment.

To deter farmers from marching towards Delhi, the Haryana Police, after barricading the national and state highways, blocked the link roads in Patiala and Sangrur. Commuters from the south Malwa region, who want to travel to Haryana or Delhi, will have to travel through small lanes of villages on the Punjab and Haryana border.
