BJP councillor joins Congress

A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) municipal councillor from Timarpur ward, Surender Singh Choudhary, joined the Congress on Wednesday. He was formally inducted by DPCC Chief JP Aggarwal, reports HT Correspondent.
