Mumbai real estate: Shaan and his wife, Radhika Mukherji, have purchased three flats in Bandra West for a total consideration of ₹48 crore
Shantanu Mukherji, popularly known as Bollywood singer Shaan, and his wife, Radhika Mukherji, have purchased three flats in Bandra West, Mumbai, from developer NVK Realty LLP for a total consideration of ₹47.64 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The apartments are located on higher floors of the Palmera project on Turner Road in Bandra West and have a combined area of 6,267.87 sq ft. Each unit was purchased for ₹15.88 crore, the documents showed.
The transaction attracted a total stamp duty of ₹2.70 crore and was registered on August 20, 2026. The purchase also includes nine car parking spaces.
The new residence has been created by joining three separate apartments and was officially registered on August 20, the documents showed.
The singer could not be reached for comment.
The developer’s website states that the luxury condominium on Turner Road in Bandra West has significant Bollywood history, as it was formerly the home of veteran film actor Mala Sinha.
The ₹48-crore purchase comes amid a strong luxury housing market in Mumbai. The city recorded 1,499 luxury property registrations worth ₹14,903 crore between April and June, according to the Lighthouse Luxury Quarterly Luxury Real Estate Report cited by Mumbai Mirror.
Last year, Shaan, along with his wife Radhika, had purchased a luxury bungalow in Prabhachiwadi, Pune, for ₹10 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The couple had purchased a luxurious plot-plus-bungalow property. The plot spans approximately 0.4 hectares (~4,787.92 sq. yd), while the built-up area is around 5,500 sq. ft. (~511.04 sq. m). The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 50 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
Shantanu Mukherjee is a celebrated Indian playback singer with a career spanning over two decades. He has delivered numerous chart-topping hits in Bollywood, including songs from films like Kal Ho Naa Ho, Tanu Weds Manu, and Dus.

Earlier this year, playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, along with her mother Shamishtha Ghoshal and father Biswajit Ghoshal, purchased an apartment in Worli, Mumbai, for ₹29.70 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
Last year, playback singer Jubin Nautiyal has purchased a 4 BHK apartment for ₹4.94 crore in Mumbai's Madh Island area, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com
Singer Stebin Ben and his family members Ben Alexander and Jyotsna Ben, also purchased a duplex apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra locality for ₹6.67 crore last year, documents accessed by Square Yards showed.
