Class XII student held captive, raped in Gurgaon farmhouse

The 17-year-old girl said she knew the accused and said he had earlier shot an objectionable video of her and was blackmailing her with it.

A 17-year-old student of a top private school in Gurgaon has alleged that she was raped by a youth after he forcibly took her to a farmhouse and assaulted on Tuesday.

The girl, a class 12 student, said she knew the accused. She also claimed that the accused had earlier shot an objectionable video of her and was blackmailing her with it.

The suspect, police said, hailed from Dhunela village in Sohna and was booked under the POCSO Act at the Bhondsi police post on Tuesday.

The victim told the police that on Tuesday she was standing at the gate of her school after classes when the accused approached her in his car and asked her to get in. When the girl refused, the boy showed her a video on his phone in which the girl was in an objectionable condition. The accused allegedly threatened to upload the video on the internet if she did not get in the car.

The youth then allegedly took her to a farmhouse in Dhunela, where he first raped her and then threatened her not to report the incident to anyone.

The girl claimed in her complaint that the accused had three months ago taken her to the same farmhouse where he had shot an objectionable video of her after serving her a soft drink laced with drugs.

Later, after returning home, the girl narrated her ordeal to her brother and also told him that she was being blackmailed by the youth. Thereafter, the victim called up the police control room and reported the matter to the women’s cell.

Inspector Narender Kumar, SHO, Bhondsi police station said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the girl and her family. “The accused has been booked under POCSO Act and is absconding. A team has been formed to nab him”, he said.
